Web design in Estepona and the Costa del Sol: you talk to the person who builds it

7 September 2026

Search for "web design Estepona" or "web design Marbella" and you'll find two kinds of result: agencies from elsewhere with a phone number in another country and a form to "book a call", and local studios that don't publish a price. We're based in Estepona, our prices are in writing, and when you call, the person who picks up is the one who'll build your site. This article is for the Costa del Sol business that wants a website that works, knows what it costs and knows who's making it.

What a business website on the Costa del Sol needs

Here your customer finds you from a phone, on the street, often in a hurry and often in another language. That defines what your site has to get right:

  • Load in a couple of seconds on 4G. If it takes five, they're already on the neighbour's site. For a local business, speed isn't a technical detail: it's not losing someone who had already found you.
  • Show up in "near me". Local business structured data, address, opening hours and phone properly marked up for Google — and for the AIs that now recommend places too.
  • Speak your customer's languages. Spanish and English at a minimum along most of the coast; sometimes German, French or Swedish as well.
  • Let you edit it yourself. Change the menu, the summer hours or a photo without calling anyone or paying for it.

Why it matters that we're local

It's not sentiment: it's practical.

  • We can meet. Coffee in the centre of Estepona, photos of your premises, or a review of the site with you in front of the screen.
  • We know the area. We know what a tourist at the marina wants in August and what a Cancelada resident wants in February. That changes the copy and the keywords.
  • Same hours, same languages. No time zones, no waiting for a "support team" on another continent.
  • You talk to the builder. No salesperson in between: the person explaining the price is the one building the site, so what they tell you is what gets done.

Web design on the Costa del Sol, in numbers

Public price: from €600 (Express plan), with every other plan listed on the pricing page. No call needed to find out.

Delivery: 48 hours on the Express plan. Everything else with a fixed date in the quote.

Speed: measured and delivered with figures. On our Olvidos case we went from 5.4 to 2.4 seconds of load time.

Ownership: domain, content and code in your name. No mandatory fees.

Area: Estepona, Marbella, Manilva, San Pedro, Benahavís, Casares, Málaga city and the whole western Costa del Sol.

What they try to sell you (and what you don't need)

With out-of-town agencies the pattern repeats: a free "strategy session", a CRM you'll never use, a sales funnel for a tapas bar, and a monthly "all-inclusive" fee. What a local business needs almost always fits in one sentence: a fast, good-looking website with your details done properly, that shows up on Google and that you can update. Anything else can be added the day you need it; paying for it from day one is paying too much.

How we work with a local business

  1. We look at what you have. If you already have a site, we check it for free in five seconds: platform, speed and how an AI would read it.
  2. We give you a fixed price. You see it on the pricing page or in the configurator, before we talk.
  3. We build it with Next.js, no plugins and no security maintenance, and deliver it with speed figures.
  4. We show you how to edit it. Half an hour, in person if you like, and from then on the site is genuinely yours.

No fluff: being local doesn't make a website better on its own. What makes it better is that it's fast, well built, and that you can reach the person who made it when you need to. We measure the first; we deliver the second because we live here.

If your current site is a WordPress and what you want is to replace it without losing rankings, we explain how in migrating your WordPress on the Costa del Sol. And if you'd like to see real sites we've built, they're under work.
